Custom Web Applications
Software shaped to your business, not the other way round.
Most off-the-shelf tools force you to change how you work to fit the software. We build the other way round — starting from your process and ending with a platform that matches it.
01Detail
What we build
Booking and scheduling systems, billing and invoicing, inventory and stock control, customer portals, internal dashboards, multi-branch operations tools, and storefronts. Usually some combination of those, because real businesses rarely need just one.
The stack is Node.js, Next.js, React and MongoDB. We stay deliberately narrow: a small team that knows one stack deeply ships more reliable software than one that picks a new framework per project.
Built to be handed over
Every project ships with readable code, documented environment setup, and a deployment you can actually run. You own the repository from day one.
We have inherited enough undocumented systems to know what the alternative costs. If you decide to take the work in-house or move to another team, nothing about the way we build should make that painful.
How the work runs
We work in increments you can see. You get a working URL early and it stays working — no six-month black box ending in a launch nobody has tested.
That also means you can change your mind. Requirements move once people see the real thing, and a build that shows you progress weekly absorbs that far better than one that reveals everything at the end.
03Common questions
Before you ask.
How long does a custom web application take?
A focused internal tool is typically four to eight weeks. A full platform with billing, multiple user roles and reporting is usually three to five months. We scope properly before quoting, and we would rather tell you a number we can hit than the number you want to hear.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Often, yes. We start with a paid review of the existing code and infrastructure, then tell you honestly whether continuing or rebuilding is the better value. Sometimes the answer is rebuild, and we will say so even though it is the less comfortable conversation.
Do we own the code?
Yes, completely. The repository is yours, the deployment is yours, and there is no license or platform fee that keeps you tied to us. We would rather you stay because the work is good.
What does it cost?
We quote per project after a scoping conversation, not per hour against an open-ended estimate. Smaller internal tools generally start in the low thousands of dollars; full platforms scale from there depending on how much of your operation they cover.
Do you work with businesses outside Pakistan?
Yes. We are based in Rawalpindi and Islamabad and work remotely with clients in other countries and time zones. Most of our communication happens in writing anyway, which travels well.
